Reason: Common consensus is that the Gladiator is really bad but I think for the most part people, the game included, just expect us to use them in a way that doesn't fit their design, so I'm commenting out the original post to offer something a bit more nuanced, but feel free to remove my take if it's totally out of whack with the reality.

Reason: I don't believe the Terry in Crisis is the DCAU Terry. First, it's been confirmed that Conroy and Hamill are reprising their roles as Batman and Joker, with the trailer showing them in the Batman TAS era of the DCAU. Second, his few comments seem to imply that he's from Earth-2 and part of the Bat-Family in that universe.
