- This type of question shouldn't be private.
- Permission is not what prevents you from doing incorrect things. Knowing what is correct to do is what prevents you from doing incorrect things. In this case, the page was cut for being a tropeless stub — work pages must have at least three properly-explained examples to remain on this wiki, and ideally rather more than that. Are you able to write three valid trope examples?
If you're not sure if you can construct an acceptable page all at once, you can also draft it in your personal sandbox and move the draft to the actual page once it's ready.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.
I'm very new to TV Tropes wiki-making and wanted to make a page on the webcomic "Hand Jumper" but saw that the page was previously deleted. I'd like to start it up again but first may I get some permission so I don't do anything wrong?
