Switching to a for 20

20 is my favorite. Not fond of a lot of the text-ier examples.

20 is the only one that I like as well.

20 is the only suggestion so far that isn't horrible.

Horrible? I thought my suggestions were pretty good. Not over texty, shows the person performing swordplay and others being in awe of her. And the fact that she's a young girl rather than adult seemed cool to me... if you know the work you know that's due to past life memories of course, but I still think it was nifty. I don't have anything against 20 either but I am surprised someone would call my suggestions horrible.

For that it's worth yours is the 2nd best. But I know nothing of the work so from my POV it's a quote telling me what she's doing is supposed to be really impressive while the image is just her holding her sword (badly but I digress, artistic license and all that) and slashing at a guy. Like the quote does most of the lifting in a "trust me, it's impressive". Like, it has almost as much value as a page quote than as an image.

The FMA pic is bad because all it conveys is that Bradley has super speed, not that he's particularly good with a sword. Like, sure, that helps, but by that logic I could put a picture of the Flash and it'd fit just as well.

12 is even more "This is just a quote and the image itself illustrates nothing".

20 at least shows something impressive visually with a single slash taking out several people and the reaction shot further selling that without dialogue having to hold the entire image up.
