In a similar vein to Character Pages, Recap Pages are a near-constant source of problems and controversy. One of the biggest issues we have with them is that there's not a lot of consistency with how they're made. Some have images, others don't. Some are fleshed out, others are a mess of redlinks or even plain-text, with no actual recap pages to speak of.
In addition, there's also been debates about spoilers and what sort of tropes belong on them, whether or not they need their own YMMV pages...and let's face it, for the most part their quality is about as poor as any 2012-era work page, except many are a lot newer than that, just tucked away where very few people will see them.
So, after ages of considering this thread, I finally broke down and made the damn thing. Without further ado, let's get to work.
This is something I hope gets clarified, because if someone puts redlinks in a page, there has got to be some degree of intent attached (at least one episode should have a page). Anyone with an answer for the situation?

1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die (all editions) progress: 426/1089 (39.12%)The intent from the mentioned argument is that the person creating the recap list gets to set the episode page naming convention and also spares the other people the need to come up with wikiwords.
Let's move the topic here.

TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupEdit: "Thumped" myself. I thought animated films were exempt from having recaps (namely Recap.Millionaire Dogs), but they actually aren't. We all make mistakes sometimes.

"How could you stop an idea?" (Check out my troper wall if you can!)Recap. The Book Of Boba Fett blatantly differs from this site's episode guides for the other Star Wars TV shows, by summarizing each episode next to its name. Not even the guides for shows newer than Boba Fett do that. Do we really need those summaries?

Some other recap indexes do that, e.g. The Simpsons, Futurama, King of the Hill, South Park
I don't think the summaries hurt anybody if they aren't plagiarized. Centaurworld also does it — the issue is the season two summaries are copied from Netflix.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.I don't know if someone already pointed this out, but I fear every recap page for The Twilight Zone (1959) Seasons 2-5 have the wrong number; for instance, the second season premiere goes by "S2E37", because it marks the 37th episode of the whole show, instead of "S2E1".

Oof, that's not good. I say to take the list of pages to be mod-moved in this thread and then edit the main Recap/ page accordingly.
No child should have to think of selling medication for food. Are you afraid?Would I need to link to all 120+ incorrect pages?

Sorry for the late reply but yeah you'll have to format the pages to move from and where to move them to streamline the process.
For example: Recap. The Twilight Zone S 2 E 37 King Nine Will Not Return to Recap. The Twilight Zone S 2 E 1 King Nine Will Not Return
I'd like to help but I have classes at the moment.

No child should have to think of selling medication for food. Are you afraid? The summaries for The Magic School Bus seem quite long. Can they be trimmed?
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.Posting per here; There are recap pages for The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero and Trails to Azure and The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel. However, all of them consists of red links. Are these really salvageable?
She/Her | Currently cleaning N/AI'm leaning on saying they can just be sent to the Cut List.
Just to make sure, if there are any characterization tropes on recap pages, they should just be removed right?
Sent to the cutlist. Fortunately, it was all barren so there's no need to worry. I also sent the creator of the pages a few stub notifiers.
She/Her | Currently cleaning N/AIf Recap.Power Of Hope Precure Full Bloom doesn't have episode specific recaps, should it be cut?
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupI think so because it's just a small paragraph and some red links.
Do we really need a full-on synopsis?
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportWell, at this detail it's not even a synopsis, it's effectively a full retelling that could substitute experiencing the actual work. It really needs to be minimalized.

TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupI mentioned this in an ATT but Recap. The Legend Of Heroes Trails Of Cold Steel and Recap. The Legend Of Heroes Trails From Zero And Trails To Azure have a lot of redlinks. However, I don't think the chapters are neccessary. Think per game (ex. Recap page for the entire first game in the Cold Steel series) might be better. What do you think?
She/Her | Currently cleaning N/AThere's a difference between "lots of" redlinks and "all" redlinks, and IIRC mods treat it as a stub due to being a placeholder. It'd be fine if there was at least one individual recap.
I assume the games are long, so subdivision wouldn't surprize me, but that's something that can be checked when the pages get made.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupOnly the first season episodes of Recap.Gory Toons have correctly formatted links (Recap.Gory Toons S 01 E 01 Crappy Flush) while others are just the episode name, which I noticed from one episode clashing with a trope (Recap.Blind Mistake + YMMV.Blind Mistake)
It should be fine for me to rename the pages for Seasons 2 to 4 as "Gory Toons S# E#: Episode Title", and for the non-serialised ones, just "Gory Toons: Episode Title", right?

No child should have to think of selling medication for food. Are you afraid? For that matter, the Danganronpa 3 recaps have the same problem, which results in Recap.Third Times The Charm colliding with the trope Third Time's The Charm.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.Surely "Danganronpa 3" can be added before each installment title in the URL, right?
Also, are you agreeing with the change I wish to make?
No child should have to think of selling medication for food. Are you afraid?Yes, I agree with the change for Gory Toons, but moving the Danganronpa recaps is a bit more complicated so I want to think that one over a bit more.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.
I wouldn't want them personally, they serve no purpose this way. Still, mods argued if they were turned into redlinks it's fine.
