Character pages are a large chunk of the wiki, but they're often filled with problems that don't get resolved. These problems include:
- Zero Context Examples
- Indentation problems, including bulleting tropes under supertropes or tropeslashing
- Spoiler tag misuse
- A lack of alphabetization
- Empty character folders
- Plagiarized character descriptions
- Misused tropes, or tropes that don't belong on character pages
- Broken or incorrect formatting
- Subjective / Trivia trope mentions
Per How to Create a Character Page, character pages should only include tropes that describe the characters. These tropes should fall under Characterization Tropes or one of its related indexes, Unless they're recurring character traits (distinctive things that the character does repeatedly). If you're unsure what counts as a character trope, you can ask about that at Are These Character Tropes.
All characters must have at least one contextualized trope for their section or folder to be visible. If you find a character that has no contextualized tropes present, comment out the entire section and add this tag:

Regarding Superman (The Character), I was gonna do a move over to Superman Clark Kent, but I wanted to get a accurate list of anyone else who had been Superman first so I could reformat the page like Batman (The Character). He does have one legacy character now, as his son Jon is also Superman in a very stupid age-up.
Regarding Superhero "stats", as superheroes generally deal in secret identies and alternate identies, it's good to have names and major aliases. And with works that go back 50-100 years, having first appearances also help. I dont think we need anything more on there beyind real name, aliases, and first appearances. On major characters with multiple works I do like to add editorial names e.g. Amazing, Spectacular, Sensational, but that's how many I usually add. I may add species on works that have aliens and the like though.

It's gonna be fun on the bun!I'm doing a cleanup on the Character Sheet for Soul Eater since I think there are too many subpages.
- Soul Eater Spartoi - 114,047 bytes
- Soul Eater Witches - 73,949 bytes
- Soul Eater DWMA - 30,444 bytes
- Soul Eater Death Scythes - 38,342 bytes
- Soul Eater Other Meisters - 34,067 bytes
- For the Meisters subpage, over half of those bytes (18,244 of them) are dedicated to Crona, who arguably doesn't even count as a Meister.
- Soul Eater Not! - 19,252 bytes
I was going to leave the Spartoi subpage as is.
I'm going to change the Witches subpage to "Witches And Allies" and add Crona, Ragnarok, and Arachnophobia.
I'm going to merge the DWMA, Death Scythes, and Meisters subpages to "DWMA and Allies" since the characters in question are all pretty much 1 faction in the actual story.
I'm going to leave the Not! subpage as is. Even though it's the smallest subpage, Not! is its own spinoff and I think it just makes sense for it to have its own page.

Characters/StreetSharks needs a rework.
The only thing I can see possibly doing is turning the four folders into categories, and splitting them into individual character folders. What else needs doing?
Until next time...

If you're responding directly to one of my posts, please ping me to make sure I see it.Alot of of changes where done to Characters.Pastamonsters. Specially Spider Wolf 001 cut most of the characters from the subpages, which I stumbled upon and proceeded to merge into one page due to the length. Other subpages were left intact, but cut from Characters.Pastamonsters but not CharacterSheets.Webcomics for some reason.
Pastamonsters The Main Trio, Pastamonsters The Proxies, Pastamonsters The Slender Family ,Pastamonsters Enderman And His Allies, Pastamonsters The Pit where all merged into Pastamonsters The Under Rhelm,
Pastamonsters The Human World remained intact
Pastamonsters Beings Of The Universe, Pastamonsters The Malitch Empire, Pastamonsters Pastamonsters The Final Season where removed from the page.
If these characters are not actually part of the webcomic all of the pages can be cut, but I want to ask before I do so.

Some of the examples are zero-context as written.

I understand that, but the issue at hand is a troper making large unilateral changes without much explanation, and leaving said changes incomplete.
Meant to reply to AnoneMouseJr with that.
I'll take a look and see what I can do.
Which examples specifically were you thinking of though? (Edit: I've already made some changes to try and fix what looked like it needed it).
Until next time...

If you're responding directly to one of my posts, please ping me to make sure I see it.Apologies for my mistake. Anyway from what I am finding most of the character where removed from the pages due to being fanon characters. I will do further research and will cut the pages if they are not part of the comic.
Monsterverse Kaiju is starting to get pretty big.
Monsterverse Hollow Earth has been updated in case we get the "too long" warning.
So I noticed some inaccuracy on the Warcraft characters page. Specifically on The Void section page, it lists G'huun as other major void entities. But it has been shown and described in the lore as an Old God albeit one accidently created by the Titans.
The other Void/Old God worshippers treat G'huun as another Old God in the narrative. Even Hearthstone game and Warcraft Wiki (for reference of course) lists him as one.
Which is why I suggest his character page be listed under Old Gods section.
EDIT: I'll just assume silence means support and cut the entry if I don't hear back in a couple days.

Maybe split the Skar King and his minions off?
- Characters.Earthbound The Chosen Four (36,751)
- Characters.Earthbound Allies (22,544)
- Characters.Earthbound Antagonists (88,942)
- Characters.Earthbound Recurring Characters (7,233)
Honestly, they can be all merged and it would still sit under ~160k. Characters.Earth Bound Beginnings and Characters.Mother 3 are a single page each, so I wonder why only this game got subpages.
Yes, they can be merged.
There’s an issue with The Karate Kid: Other Characters. All of the content is gone on the display page. I went to edit and everything is still there but it’s missing from the actual page
Broke note probably. Look through, there's probably a [[/note]] not closed properly.
That's exactly what it was — somebody used the wrong slash mark in a note. I've fixed it now.
Until next time...

If you're responding directly to one of my posts, please ping me to make sure I see it.I was looking at the One Piece (2023) and saw it was half split off. I split off the rest of the content to make a proper index, but i'm having second thoughts about whether the pages are going to stand or not. Can someone give a second opinion? The split pages are currently the following:
- One Piece (2023): Straw Hat Pirates (65,016 characters)
- One Piece (2023): East Blue Pirates (77,250 characters)
- One Piece (2023): East Blue (32,899 characters)
- One Piece (2023): Marines (39,555 characters)
- One Piece (2023): Others (14,449 characters)
As there is a season 2 on the way and One Piece is a big franchise, I think they can stay as there should be plenty of room for growth, but I'm a little worried about the character count. Per my understanding I don't think CSP byte count rules apply towards regular splits, and the majority of these pages all have decent character counts. So I'm not sure if anything needs to be done, but again I want a second opinion. All help is appreciated.

It's gonna be fun on the bun!It looks pretty good, though you can probably merge the East Blue Civilians with the Other Characters since they're unlikely to experience any further growth. Especially since Season 2 will likely give Baroque Works enough content to fill its own page.

In these cases, the information of alias and species is relevant to their tropes. Cup size isn't.
