I commented them out again.
Joylock un-commented out some examples on Characters.Fallout 1 that were commented out for being Zero Context Examples, which I ended up commenting out again
after sending them a notifier. They ended up expanding
on said examples, but they're still IMO Partial Context Examples at best but I don't want to get into an edit war by commenting them out again.
