Eh, the Bene Gesserit weren't really about accepting impermanence. They were more about trying to guide humanity down the right path to avoid extinction.
For them, it's less that emotions like fear aren't real, it's that a true human has the ability to master those emotions and not let them control them. Hence the test of gom jabbar.
