I'm very curious too. It seems to imply that Logan came from Earth. The alt-text on a previous episode says we'll be getting answers about the mystery girl in chapter 12, so unfortunately it's going to be a while.
Today's comic is so cute! I love how Ozma's flowers are earmuffs in this picture.
Aw, Juni Jump is jealous!
...But now, Juni Jump is in a much better mood!
...I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't that.
♭What.I'm really eager to see how Omby screws this up. Maybe he forgot to load the gun?
Or maybe Ozma, as the team witch, does something. I'm a bit skeptical, though, since she's not really on board with this whole revolt thing.
On reflection, I'm a bit nervous about the final panel of that comic. It's pretty obvious that Jinjur is trying to get Ozma alone for some shenanigans, and she doesn't seem the type to care about other people's boundaries.
Final panel Jinjur is very surprised by the boy she found Ozma crying over.
I just noticed in the last panel, Ozma has a rose stuck to her hat after her fall off the wall. Anyone who has read the original Marvelous Land novel should understand why that might be important.
Oh yeah, it reminds me of my animation teacher who insisted that a certain wicked witch was trampled to death by green elephants when she turned into a rose...
I didn't recall that in the book, but then it turns out it did happen in this film Journey Back to Oz.
I also found that they were originally going to use the character Tip in the film, but removed the Ozma gender bending aspect (simply making Tip Prince of Oz). And keep in mind, Tip interacted with Dorothy a lot in the original script.
Makes you wonder what the producers were afraid of...

I'm always up for artists taking a break. I hope Daisy enjoys the holiday.
That's an awesome palace in the first panel. It has lots of faces. And the large central face even has a bow-tie.
So, Ozma believes that The Wizard is her father. I saw this coming because it's been broadly implied since the very start, but it's finally made explicit now.
Huh, this page says "duck soup" now when it used to say "a cake walk". I'm pretty sure the use of "a cake walk" to mean "something very easy" dates back to the 19th century - maybe Daisy just wanted an expression that's not in use any more to make it seem more period?
♭What.Chapter 10, GO! Just this chapter and one more, and then we get to the chapter where Daisy promised we'll get answers on the mysterious farm girl from Logan's memory.
Made this artwork and posted it on Blusky.
I am now curious...
Between farm girl telling Logan to not believe in the balloon horse and Scarecrow mentioning that Logan has a particular, familiar accent (something out of Kansas), I think the story is hinting that Logan may have a hidden connection with Dorothy Gale that he's not aware of.
Dorothy couldn't have made Logan 15 years ago (or even arrived that long), so it makes you wonder...
