Characters who are CMs and MBs

I hope this is the right place for this thread. I'm trying to create a list of characters who are considered both Complete Monsters and Magnificent Bastards. I've only come up with four so far:

• Steerpike from Gormenghast
• Harry Lime from The Third Man
• The Master from Doctor Who (as played by Roger Delgado and Anthony Ainley)
• Hans Gruber from Die Hard

I'm sure there must be more so any help will be appreciated.

Here is what I remember:

• Beast Wars Megatron, along with Animated Megatron
• Darkrai from Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers
• Renegades Cobra Commander, along with Krake from G.I. Joe (IDW)

Complete Monsters and Magnificent Bastards.

I don't believe this thread is a good idea. I fear this might lead to fighting over which characters deserve to be Complete Monsters and Magnificent Bastards.

Yeah, this thread is just a gigantic attempt at bypassing the proper threads for this.

I know that at least one attempt to list characters that qualified as both was cut by mods because they feared it would encourage the "Badge of honour" mentality about these tropes.

I want to make it perfectly clear that this thread is not meant for arguing about who should qualify. It's merely an attempt to find examples that currently do qualify. Just a fun, trivia-based exercise. No more, no less.

Death Note’s Light Yagami feels like an obvious answer but nobody has said it yet. He’s incredibly smart and resourceful in pursuit of his ideal world but his methods are manipulative and horrifying.

I really hope this thread doesn’t devolve into fighting. They’re specific tropes that can overlap but I don’t know if it should belong in the “Trope Talk” forums. I also think it would be best to mention Complete Monster and Magnificat Bastard in the trash’ thread’s title.

Fair, he does have trouble thinking quickly and is constantly under stress.

While you’re entitled to and I accept your contrasting thought, I think this might be what the people questioning this thread are talking about.

The Joker in The Dark Knight is an interesting case where he's labeled a CM in the movie proper but an MB in the novelization due to his personality being tweaked a little.
