The show is very feel good and I like it a lot, but it's neglected it's stakes and concept so much it would not surprise me in the least if the crew got word of the axe super quick in the show's production and just wrapped everything up quick in favour of inconsequential fillers leading to the finale.
I’m just gonna say what I’m sure many people have already said and/or thought, when watching this series, as odd a thing to notice as it is;
Scott’s little sister, Becker, is surprisingly…curvaceous around the hips for someone at her age. Even more so than Hailey who is supposed to be, at least, a year older than her
Different people have different builds. In Turning Red all the girls were the same age but Priya had wide hips, Miriam was tall/thin, Abby was overweight, and Mei was average sized when not in red panda form. I have not noticed anything unusual about Becker or Hailey's designs. It's Kristine who is really curvy and that's fine. Body diversity is a good thing.

Just read the plot synopsis for the season finale
Hailey is planning to confess her feelings to Scott at the school dance, but they try a new compatibility app that suggests they're not the right fit for one another
Sounds very much ilke a Series Fauxnale in the case the show doesn't get renewed for another season.
They could surprise us in the episode with a lot of action or things that tie up every loose end, but the summary does make it sound like it's a low-key affair which will just cross off what's remaining on the list and not focus too much on the Professor's future, which kind of sums up what the show's been since episode 10.
I keep imagining it'll be something like the final arc of the Cardcaptor Sakura manga where Sakura sorts out her feelings for her love interest by taking a tour of the entire supporting cast who lend their own perspectives on compatibility, and Hailey decides to just defy the app and confess. I also think Scott will be the one to confess to her at the end
The Hailey's On It series bible leaked online. Things can change between early developments in the bible and the official show, but a few takeaways from it include the following:
1. At least three seasons were planned
2. The Professor is not future Hailey or her granddaughter, season three would reveal everything
3. In a potential season one finale spoiler, it will be revealed that The Chaos Bots were created by AC
4. The original title of the series was I Will Not Kiss Scott Feldman (you can notice a change already just from the title, as Scott has a different second name in the show
Were the last two episodes the first to not have any list item completed? They were both about Hailey's relationship with Scott.
Definitely does feel the show's in it's endgame now Kristie is officially over Scott and Hailey has a crush confidante now with her mom
But she never even roller skated all the way to Orlando yet!
And we've reached the last double bill of the season. Next week is either a fauxnale or finale for the series.
As someone who's family members are going through marital strife, it's super healthy to see Scott's parents raise him into a...shall we say 'capable' person (by Scott standards) and still hang out and have fun as a family, while still living their own lives. This kind of thing is hard to convey on family television as something positive
New theme song takeover! Hailey has the day off, so Hailey's Off It.
And we end on a cliffhanger. Hailey moves on from Scott and hooks up with someone else, leaving the list item incomplete and the future in question, Beta tells Scott about the list item, but he may have been too late. Meanwhile, AC encounters a Chaos Bot and it's indicated he is the future creator of them just as the leaked bible said it would
Oh, no that’s cool DISNEY WAKE UP YOU NEED TO RENEW SHOWS NOW.
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.1. I can’t say that I cared much for the way that the show and Beta treated Scott a few times. It’s like they made him specifically to pick on him (which is probably true)
2. I’m disappointed with the direction that they chose for the season finale, but I can’t say that I’m all that surprised
3. Where is all of this talk about the show ending after just one season coming from? When, where and how was this confirmed?
It's technically not that a cancellation was announced, but there was no announcement of a renewal at a point where most shows would have had theirs announced if they were getting one.
SoundCloudPlus the crew confirmed production wrapped up a month ago.
Well uh... assuming this is the end, that definitely doesn't make for the most happy ending.

Even if they do get another season, I dont really see where they can go. With Hailey being the main character, they cant exactly put focus on Scott, but that's the only way the whole plot of the show goes with the way the finale happened. Maybe they can end with a movie instead.
While A.C was pretty much the only suspect for the creation of the chaos bots, on account of being the only major recurring antagonist from the present, I do wonder what pushes him to take his pettiness to such an extreme.
SoundCloud1. I realize that such a concept has been used in several different shows throughout the years. But, I’ve got to say; after all of that build up around the idea of Hailey, at least, telling Scott that she liked him so that we could then see where things went from there, as far as the whole Scott and Hailey romance plot line went, the entire season (and quite possibly the entire series as a whole) just ends on Hailey deciding that she’s finally done trying to make a romance between her and Scott happen and chooses to pursue a relationship with someone else, literally right on the exact same day that Scott discovers he has feelings for her? I’m just not seeing why this would be viewed as a good idea at this point
2. Also, considering the fact that it was made abundantly clear at the very beginning, that the character of Sanjay Singh was just a made up person, (Hailey genuinely did look like she only picked out that picture at random, in desperation), it really is hard to wrap my head around the idea of him being an actual person that Hailey does genuinely know and really does have some romantic chemistry with. It just seems like an odd thing for the show to do for the sake of relationship drama
The state of this show when it comes to the online realm is such a weird flux. I see it get brought up a lot when it comes to talking about/ranking DTVA shows as a whole (or at least modern ones) but I never see anyone actually talking about the latest episodes.
Edit: This is not the time for a page-topper lmao
