Ahh, console video games (or vidcons as I call them). the ultimate medium of expression, able to convey any emotion ranging from hatred to love, loyalty to fear, all in front of our eyes. Ah, and with lovingly crafted art, music, and the ability to control the action, vidcons are the ultimate combination of the high arts. While I tend to play the stoic, I will be the first to admit that vidcons haven driven me to cry, to scream and shout, to feel actual hate; such is the power of this force beyond our wildest reckoning. And here I am, before you, to temp your tongues with the taint of such a tantalizing topic.
And the Japanese, the true geniuses behind the world of video games. Pah, I throw my scorn upon such incompetents of the West who would mock the true art of the Japanese with 'games' such as Baldur's Gate and Madden. Perhaps it is that the West is not as intelligent as the East, but this is a matter for another day. Japan has given us such masterpieces as the Final Fantasy series, Star Ocean, Wild Arms, and of course, Arc the Lad. Yes, some of the finest vidcons in the world were created by Japanese. I come to you today to ask you in all earnesty, what is your favorite vidcon? I will reveal mine after the grand debate has illustriously begun, but not before the first poster falls victim to my plot of discussion.
In other words, this is a thread on an imaginary forum our avatars frequent. The topic can fluctuate, and its mostly just general discussion.
Hello. This morning, I was commissioned to bring someone to Bayda Harbour in Sumeru, and someone else back to Petrichor. I met a pair of brothers, in the process. They did nothing but fight, and yet... somehow I envy them.
...At least they still have each other.
“You carry the aura of the stars, interesting...”hiii! hi hi hiii! haaaaiiii!

Asherah is in her heaven, all will be right with her world
[1] I had a brother. Reckon he’s still out there somewhere, wasting away in guilt along the plains. If only I could see him again…
Basically girl Beetlejuice and a big candle, but the skins are better than they sound.Oh, what a badass! What happened to your bro though and what's he's been stricken with guilt about?
I hope it isn't too devastating to fully recover from, guilt is a mean frickin feeling to put up with imo.
I know what that feels but I've already mentioned about that "Speed Demon" day enough times here.
Meet the Tamas!◊ I've come to retrieve my power.
I have a sister. She’s out there somewhere. Gods, I miss her. The last time I saw her… was a few Lantern Rites ago. She’s the princess of the Abyss Order.
“You carry the aura of the stars, interesting...”
Apologies for you sister, partner.
He only killed me, of course. He did what he had to do. But demons don’t let you die easy, and so here I am, back to wandering these godforsaken deserts.
Basically girl Beetlejuice and a big candle, but the skins are better than they sound.: Man, we've haven't been on this forum thread for a while, Pim, you want to do the honors anyway?
Sure Charlie! We got another season where we helped that Gwimbly guy, boy, that was sure fun..
Except that I had to stay with this strong guy and he threatened me to break my nose off while you were helping that guy out with his state of being an IP..
"Are you're pondering what I'm pondering?" "I think so Brain, but us being referenced on a signature, isn't that too silly to use?"Like I don't think remember ever seeing you guys from Smiling Friends on here before but hello! It's so quiet today.
Either way, it's sweet to see you here! You know Moriritchi, it almost looks like we're looking at a mirror! Hahaha!

Meet the Tamas!◊ I've come to retrieve my power.
Don’t- Don’t say that. Don’t talk like she’s dead. She’s fine. We’re going to be together again.
“You carry the aura of the stars, interesting...”
Alrighty then. Always nice to have a glimmer of hope. Wish I did.
Basically girl Beetlejuice and a big candle, but the skins are better than they sound.Wish there was anything I could do for you, Aether. Stay strong.

Why can’t you see her, anyway? Just stroll right into where ever she is and talk to her, right?
Basically girl Beetlejuice and a big candle, but the skins are better than they sound.
If it were that easy, I'd have done it already. She's... well, she's the Abyss Princess, she's in the Abyss. A place I can't get to.
“You carry the aura of the stars, interesting...”
Hmm. Is the Abyss like your Hell, by any chance?
Basically girl Beetlejuice and a big candle, but the skins are better than they sound.Sorry, I couldn't talk later, Dawn Office had an order to fight off The Stray Dogs from looting a local business.
But this does look like the right time, I'm a fixer, or what others may call a hired hand, most of the time we can perform a multitude of tasks ranging from combat, expeditions, negotiating contracts, or gathering intelligence, though most of the time, we do combat.
No one's going to cry on my behalf even if I'm sad...
You'd fit right in at the Adventurers Guild.
“You carry the aura of the stars, interesting...”
Why’d you need a guild to have an adventure?
Basically girl Beetlejuice and a big candle, but the skins are better than they sound. The Adventurers Guild is an organization that people specifically approach and pay a commission to get various tasks done. Those tasks are probably not what you typically expect from an adventure, but the Guild is very helpful all across Tevyat and pretty well-respected.
Update on the magic framework, by the way: I’ve sketched out a structure for it and wrote down a definition to add new objects to that structure, and only now realized that what I’ve written isn’t well-defined. I can never escape the pain of software debugging, even with magic.
[1] Can you tell me more about the Dawn Office and those Stray Dogs? I swear I’ve heard of fixers somewhere before.
Epsilon has played Limbus Company before, but won’t say so out loud out of a fear of causing an existential crisis

"What I don‘t like about measure theory is that you have to say 'almost everywhere' almost everywhere." - Attributed to Kurt FriedrichsI apologize for my earlier words without proper explanation. I am a fixer working for the Dawn Office, which is affiliated with the Liu Association. We are a small but strong group of three fixers: me, my master Salvador, and my senior Yuna. Regarding the Stray Dogs, they are a group of thugs augmented with tattoos letting them deal and take attacks. I was called to stop their attempt to rob a local business.
No one's going to cry on my behalf even if I'm sad...
Um, uh... I don't really know much to respond about this situation, but good luck on your adventures.
Right... I don't recognize this type of fixer. Must've mistaken it for something else, my bad.
Feel free to share your stories here, though!

[1]Learning to type was not easy without opposable finger digits. At first, I tried using the tips of my claws, however that method was somewhat imprecise and I often pressed multiple keys at once. Next, I tried holding an unsharpened pencil (eraser side down) in my mouth to use as something of a makeshift stylus, and while it was more precise, it alsao meant I couldn't press multiple keys at once, like the shift key for example. Eventually I tried sticking the pencils between my front paw toes, and so far that method seems to work the best, but maybe I should see if a digital keyboard (like when you use search on your TV) would be a better option in the future.
[2]What job are you interviewing for, and did it go well?

I'm not sure how to add my pawprint to my signature on a keyboard...
